Initial Comments:
An off-site follow up survey was conducted on October 28, 2022, found that Home Helpers and Direct Link Office # 58808, had corrected the deficiencies and are in compliance with the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an unnaounced, onsite home care agency state relicensure survey conducted on August 16, 2022.
